Investing Lender for 1st time investors
Hi friends,
I've called a few banks to find a lender but two banks-CapCenter and ArchWest don't lend to first time investors. CapCenter offers DSCR's but won't cover the construction poriton. Are you familiar with lenders who cover construction costs for first time investors?

Hey Victoria,
We offer loans to first time investors. A GC will be required if there is any rehab taking place.

@Victoria Phifer - Hi Victoria. We offer Fix & Flip loans that can cover up to 90% of the purchase price and up to 100% of the rehab. We also work with first time investors. Happy to discuss. I will send you a private message now.
