I am located in the East Tennessee/Knoxville area and looking for a mentorship in real estate. If anyone in this area is willing or interested in mentoring myself in starting out in real estate, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!

Just starting out and wanting to invest in a few properties. Is it better to pay cash or put money down on multiple properties? Thanks for y’all’s help!
